Guidelines for Availing Laundry Facility

1. Staff can avail laundry facility on payment from Shepherd’s Farm Laundry Gudalar
2. Location: Staff laundry collection point has been arranged at Staff Recreation room. Staff are requested to give and take clothes at the designated location only.
3. Schedule: The vehicle carrying the laundry will pick up and drop the laundry on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Clothes given on Monday will be returned on Friday, clothes given on Wednesday will be returned on the following Monday and clothes given on Friday will be returned on the following Wednesday.
4. Timings: A security guard will be available at collection point between 0800 AM to 0900 AM & 0415 PM to 0515 PM. Kindly adhere to the schedule.
5. Record: An outgoing & incoming register has been kept at the collection point. While sending the clothes, staff are requested to enter the details in the outgoing register and while collecting, staff are requested to sign in the incoming register.
6. Billing & Payment: Bill will be presented along with the washed clothes.  Payment can be made in cash to the security guard at the collection point.
7. Identification & Handling: All are requested to pack the clothes in a bag suitable enough to keep ironed clothes and label it accordingly. Also, the list of clothes should be kept inside the bag along with staff details and contact No.
8. General: All are requested not give worn out, old and stained clothes for washing.
