Staff Service Recognition Policy
We are pleased to inform you that Good Shepherd International School has successfully implemented the Staff Service Recognition Policy. This initiative reflects the management’s vision to honor and celebrate the dedication, loyalty, and contributions of our staff, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation. Through this policy, we aim to acknowledge key service milestones, encourage long-term commitment, and strengthen the sense of pride and belonging within our GSIS community.
Vision:
The management is committed to fostering a culture of appreciation and gratitude by formally recognizing the dedication, loyalty, and contributions of our staff. This policy aims to celebrate milestones in service and reinforce the value each member brings to our school community.
Policy Details & Implementation:
Recognition will be given to staff members who have completed 10, 25, and 30 years of service.
- The recognition ceremony will take place during the first School Assembly of the second term in January each year.
- The cut-off date for eligibility for this recognition will be January 31st annually.
Expected Outcomes:
- Foster a sense of pride, motivation, and belonging within the GSIS community.
- Publicly acknowledge and honor the dedication and contributions of our team members.
