Staff Service Recognition Policy

We are pleased to inform you that Good Shepherd International School has successfully implemented the Staff Service Recognition Policy. This initiative reflects the management’s vision to honor and celebrate the dedication, loyalty, and contributions of our staff, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation. Through this policy, we aim to acknowledge key service milestones, encourage long-term commitment, and strengthen the sense of pride and belonging within our GSIS community.

Policy Details & Implementation:

Recognition will be  given to staff members who have completed 10, 25, and 30 years of service.

• The recognition ceremony will take place during the first School Assembly of the second term in January each year.
• The cut-off date for eligibility for this recognition will be January 31st annually.

Expected Outcomes:

• Foster a sense of pride, motivation, and belonging within the GSIS community.
• Publicly acknowledge and honor the dedication and contributions of our team members.

We look forward to celebrating these milestones together and expressing our heartfelt gratitude to all who have contributed to the success of GSIS over the years.

• This policy is a confidential document of GSIS.
• No part may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, electronically or mechanically, without prior written permission from School Management.
• Unauthorized reproduction or transmission may lead to civil or criminal liability.

Amendments

The School reserves the right to modify, amend, or alter this policy, wholly or partially, at any time as deemed appropriate.
